Xfm Live Session with Barclaycard: Kasabian

Fans were treated to an electrifying performance from Kasabian last night (July 23) as Tom and the gang powered through a stomping set for the much anticipated Xfm Live Session with Barclaycard.

The atmosphere was charged as Leicester's finest rocked the tiny venue to deafening cheers. Get a glimpse of the action right here with photos from the gig and an exclusive interview with Tom Meighan.

Speaking to Xfm's Sunta before their performance at the Relentless Garage, Tom Meighan commented on the very intimate setting of the gig, saying it would be 'like being in bed with Kasabian' for fans.

Looking back on the amazing few months the boys have enjoyed of late, with highs including a spectacular Glastonbury show and a coveted Mercury Music Award nomination, Tom mused:

'We've been playing really well and everyone's on high - we've reached a certain level now. It's just good.. everyone's buzzing. We've got back into the loop and found the groove again.'
