The entire weekend seemed to be an absolute dream that i can't stop thinking about. Luckily winning my tickets from e-mailing the lovely Joe Good on friday evening thinking that getting those feeder tickets would change my world. I couldn’t believe I won, first time seeing feeder live and my first time in Camden wowa wewa wat a venue.
The build up to the gig was emence. My mum at first was worried about me goin up to camden, but coming out of camden station and walking to the koko i didnt see wat the fuss was about everyone seemed to be really friendly one man offered me a cake and it wasnt even my birthday.
So arriving at koko and before you can say anything the building is a classic what a venue walking through to that dimmed red lit tunnel into the articulately decorated arena made me realise this was gona be 'just a day' and a night i wasn't gona forget.
Infadels came on and i hadn't heard much of their stuff, but really like their live version of 'sweet dreams' whilst i waited at the bar for a drink and for feeder to begin.
Well what can i say my first ever chance to see Feeder and i encountered an amazing performance bringing in the new with the old. There new songs at the beginning were great in discovering how this band has developed into their maturity now, especially with the change in grant's vocals, which wer pretty cool. So ‘Sonorous’ was an amazing ope., I know i'm quite young, but i'm sure those around me wer late flabagasted and reminiscing the time's wen tunes such as 'buck rogers', yesterday went to soon' and 'just the way i'm feeling' first came out back in the day, and when they were played it uplifted my spirit and I realised this was why i begged joe good to see Feeder the friday evening before :). Any way i fort it was all over and i was happy wiv wat I was given but everyone wanted more and i dont blame them. with a great wave of encores we brought them back on and they had to finish it with the old skool classic 'Juat a Day' .......... 'waking up at twelve geting out of gym.... all by my self!!! wooooooooooooooooooooo!
Resultantly like the words off nelly furtado all good things come to an end, but i didnt care cos i just knew that
O BABY THAT WAS LIVING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
well thanks anyway joe and mum for da train fair and my mate nev for coming with me and Itunes which not only gave me feeder through my Ipod but LIVE.
Now Sony and Samsung try match that!!!!!!!!

So embarrassed on mycomments earlier - I'm supposed to be a good typist and I was so excited prior to the gig my fingers were all thumbs therefore lots of typos on the laptop kindly provided at Koko!!! I was watching from the first tier - that moshpit is a bit too much for little ole me.
3rd time I've seen Feeder since June and they are better than ever. The new songs are excellent and I never tire of hearing songs like Just the Way I'm Feeling. Can't wait to see them again twice in November. Thanks itunes - will be watching the gig over and over again. -
The most exciting evenings are often those on which you almost have no expectations before. I am from Berlin and just heard 2 songs from Feeder before (which I liked), but the live gig completely blew me away. I am in love with their music now, have to buy all their CDs and just let me say this: Feeder are the better Foo Fighters. Terrific

I didn't know Feeder, nor Infadel. Out of curiosity, because what I could hear on the website of both bands sounded quite good, I played on the ITunes LineUp and won tickets!
We went, managed, without knowing where we were going, to sneek into one of the VIP area...oups, but god it was actually great to be able to see the bands playing from up there.
Moreover when you actually discover AMAZING bands!!!
We LOVED it, really enjoyed our time and decided we would soon by the albums!
Thanks ITunes!!! -
Feeder at the iTunes Festival would be my fifth time seeing Feeder, and it obviously will not be my last. The run up towards the 19th of July was slow, but it finally came, and i found myself entering Koko through the Guestlist entrance, in which we picked up our neck-tags, a purple wristband, and an iTunes booklet giving info on all of the gigs for the festival.
Not too long after doors opening, Infadels came to stage; i missed the start of their set, as i was actually allowed to go and meet the band, which was the best moment of my life! Many thanks to the band and Matt Page for letting me do this, it seriously has made my life!
I was bought back from backstage midway through Infadels set, and as we got ourselves a place up in the JD Lounge, Infadels launched into 'Sweet Dreams', followed by another one of their songs, before promptly leaving the stage. A rather long 30 minutes later (and an interesting iTunes festival video from last year, which helped pass the time, cheers for that!), and Feeder triumphantly come on stage, starting with 'Sonorous', the end song on the original edition of 'Silent Cry', which immediately gets the crowd pumped. After a brilliant entrance, the band belt through various newer songs including the anthemic 'We are the People', crowd-pumping 'Miss You', upcoming single 'Tracing Lines', and other album tracks such as 'Itsumo', which the crowd does not fail in singing along to. Crowd-pleasing older tracks are also showcased, from the popular 'Buck Rogers', to 'Yesterday Went Too Soon', from 'My Perfect Day' to a beautiful and uplifting performance of 'Just the Way I'm Feeling'. After a powerful set, the band leave the stage, until being gracefully welcomed back on with "time for just one more" in Grant's words, choosing to play the amazing 'Just a Day', with the crowd joining in with all the verses, the chorus and ofcourse the 'Doo Doo Da Doo, Doo Doo Da Doo's '. Grant picks up his guitar, and leaves it at the front of the stage, up on it's side, and the band walk offstage through roars of cheers. The curtain shuts, the house lights are raised, and the evening is over. And what's best of all, iTunes had recorded the performance, so unlike every other gig, this one cannot leave us no matter what.
Nice one iTunes, and a big well done to Feeder, it's no wonder why they're still in the business after sixteen wonderful and strong years.
All i can simply say is roll on the October/November tours, and i most certainly will be watching all of their upcoming festival coverage. -
That burst of energy in the crowd when they started playing "Buck Rogers" was like getting caught in a tidal wave: you had to jump up and down (and around) and sing to the top of your lungs! If only for survival...
Thanks iTunes! -
Feeder did what they do best...
...they owned the show! -
Feeder were amazing AGAIN! I saw them last at proud Galleries, but tonight they were awesome. The way Grant was interacting with the crowd and Mark was waving to the kids in the balcony (with ear protection!) was great! The energey, power and general "bloody hell this is great music" was definately felt from where I was, right at the front rail. Turning round and looking at the crowd in the balcony and the posh VIP stalls said one thing - FEEDER ROCK!!! Cheer ITunes!
