Portishead Film Set For Cinema Release
The band’s short film made to accompany forthcoming single ‘Magic Doors’ will be screened across the UK…
Thirteen of the UK’s independent cinemas will screen the short film made by Portishead to coincide with the release of ‘Magic Doors’.
The screenings will take place over a four-week period, which commenced last Friday (December 12).
‘Magic Doors’ was released as a single on Monday (December 15), and is taken from the band’s latest album, ‘Third’.
It is available on two formats – 12” Etched vinyl and a digital bundle which includes ‘Silence’, ‘Threads’ and ‘Mysterons’, all recorded live at the trio’s Coachella show in May this year.
