Portishead Announce UK Tour
Blimey! Could it be true? You'd better believe it - reclusive trip-hoppers Portishead have announced details of a UK tour. That's if you count four dates as a tour...
Be that as it may, Portishead will be playing their first live dates since performing at and curating the All Tomorrow's Parties presents The Nightmare Before Christmas festival last month. The December gig was the band's first live appearance in ten years.
Portishead will embark on a European tour in March before playing their UK dates in April.
Tickets go on sale exclusively at the official Portishead website for 48 hours on Wednesday (January 23) before going on general sale on Friday (January 25) from the Xfm Xchange on 0871 222 1049 or from the Xfm Online Ticket Shop from 9am Friday January 18.
