Operator Please, The Shoes, Kid Harpoon and many more acts have been confirmed for the Stag And Dagger festival, an evening of over a hundred new bands and DJs gigging across venues in East London's Shoreditch.

The night itself will take place on Thursday May 15 and will include fresh talent such as fab Aussie teens Operator Please, Archie Bronson Outfit, Filthy Dukes and The Shoes.

The whole bonanza will span a number of venues including 93 Feet East, Cargo, Hoxton Square Bar & Kitchen, The Electricity Showrooms, Vibe Bar, Old Blue Last, T Bar, The Macbeth, Favela Chic, East Village, Bar Music Hall and St Leonard's Church across the much-loved, uber funky Shoreditch area.

The night - hosted and presented by labels and promoters including Adventures in The Beetroot Field and Margaret, Modular, Moshi Moshi and Ed Banger - will kick off at 6pm and will go on til late.
