Morrissey Postpones New Album

‘Years Of Refusal’ won’t arrive until the new year…

It’s bad news for faithful fans of Morrissey - his next album has been postponed until next year. ‘Years Of Refusal' was originally going to come out next month, but a spokesman for Moz told Billboard magazine that they are now looking at a 2009 release date.

So far it's not known why Mozzer’s holding back the goods, but the man himself told Xfm’s Steve Harris last month that he was “thrilled to death” with the album. “Journalists won’t like it,” he said. “But real people will.”
