Metallica and Rage Against the Machine were honoured at the Kerrang! Awards in London last night. Metallica got the metal magazine's inspiration award, while Rage entered its Hall of Fame ahead of their headline appearances at the Reading and Leeds Festivals this weekend. Welsh rockers Bullet For My Valentine were named best British band.
