Kings Of Leon To Release New Track Online

Kings Of Leon are to release a preview of their new album online next week. The track 'Crawl' will be available to download from www.kingsofleon.com from Monday July 28 and comes as the band get ready to issue 'Only By The Night' on September 22.

The band's label say that the download will also be available in "handy widget format", so bloggers and webmasters can add the track to their own sites.

The first official single from the album will be 'Sex On Fire'. The band are also playing a huge arena tour in December - for more details, see www.xfm.co.uk/gigs.

1. hi xfm. i won a dvd with danny wallace on the breakfast show last monday (who was standing in for alex zane) and i havent recieved it yet.not sure if you have a record of it...it was the dad, tampon up nose at 21st birthday story. thanks

4. fantastic, awesome band live, the three previous albums are inpired,releasing the track online is a good move, it gives us an insight into the new album which im sure will be every bit as good as the three beforehand, roll on sep 23 & dec 7, cant wait

   It's great that a lot of bands are releasing free tracks now, it show's that there's more than money motivating them....
   .... though really it's probably a form of long term promotion....
   well at least they meet us half way!
