Interpol Warm Up In Sheffield

added 04 June 2008 at 14.50

The Big Apple's finest purveyors of doom-laden introspection, finely cut black trousers and rather natty handlebar 'taches - that'll be Interpol then - have announced details of a special one-off date.

The New York quartet will play the Sheffield Academy on July 9 in preparation for their UK festival dates this summer.

Interpol are scheduled to perform at the Latitude Festival on July 17 as well as T In The Park and Oxygen in Ireland.

Tickets for the Sheffield gig are on sale on now and are available from the Xfm Xchange on 0871 222 1049 or from the Xfm Online Ticket Shop
