Get Cape To Go Drum’N’Bass?

Sam Duckworth drops strong hints about who he’s going to work with next. Much body shaking is guaranteed to follow…

Get Cape Wear Cape Fly looks set to work with London drum’n’bass producer Shy FX on new recordings. Xfm caught up with him outside the Vodaphone Live Music Awards where Duckworth dropped fairly unsubtle hints as to who the ‘mystery’ producer was.

“I’m going in with a guy in November. I don’t want to say his name – I don’t want to taint it. He may have had quite a big single about shaking your whole anatomy. Hopefully we’re going to get together and do some stuff”.

Could he possibly be talking about Shy FX’s 2002 single ‘Shake Your Body’? Almost certainly. If there was any doubt that the London producer was on Get Cape’s hit-list, let Sam put them to rest by hinting at 'Da Feelin', Shy FX's collaboration with Dizzee Rascal.

“I don’t know what’s going to happen with it or where it will lead to, but I’m very excited to go in with him. He did a track with Dizzee Rascal that’s huge so I’m really looking forward to seeing what comes out of that one”.
