All Tomorrow's Parties Confirmed For 2009

Dates have been set and artists have been confirmed for next summer's ATP, curated by The Breeders...

The two-week event takes place at Butlins in Minehead, and features an 'ATP Vs The Fans II - The Fans Strike Back' special.

Week one will be held fron May 8-10 2009, half-curated by ATP, half-curated by ticket holders aka 'The Fans'.

The second week takes place from May 15-17, and is curated by Pixies bassist Kim Deal's project The Breeders.

Bands confirmed for Week One chosen by ATP are Devo, Sleep, Spiritualized and Grails, while the first round of voting for ticket-holders opens on November 17, and no bands can be picked that have played a UK ATP before.

So far picked to play Week 2, which is curated by The Breeders, are Throwing Muses, Bon Iver, Teenage Fanclub and Holy Fuck.
