More bands have been announced to play Electric Gardens, with The Rakes and Calvin Harris joining previously announced headliners Happy Mondays and Supergrass on the bill.

The Rakes, who've just released their second album 'Ten New Messages' are set to play on Sunday August 5, right before the Happy Mondays who'll bring the festival to a close.

Electro-pop artist Calvin Harris will take to the stage before Supergrass who will round off  the Saturday August 4 evening festivities.

Fifteen more bands taking part in the festival - which takes place at Mount Ephrain Gardens in Kent - are set to be announced tomorrow.

And you can get Early Bird tickets to Kent's premium festival today by going to www.ticketmaster.co.uk now.

Standard tickets will be made available on a later date and for more information on tickets or the festival go to www.electricgardensfestival.com.
