Franz Ferdinand Announce Glastonbury Slot
This month's Xfm Residency DJs will be playing the festival on Saturday...
Franz Ferdinand have revealed that they'll definitely be playing this year's Glastonbury festival. The band added an appearance on Saturday June 27 to their MySpace page yesterday, but haven't confirmed a stage yet.
The group - who are this month's guests in the Xfm Residency - are also playing a stack of other European festival dates, including Pinkpop in Holland (June 1), Hurricane and Southside in Germany (June 19 and 20) and Benicassim in Spain (July 18).
Tickets for Glastonbury 2009 have now sold out.
