The Xfm Session: Duels

added 11 April 2006 at 11.59

Next up in the Xfm Sessions Podcasts series, we are proud to present the most excellent Leeds five-piece Duels. Great interview, exclusive tracks. Oh yes.

As we never tire of reminding you Xfm is the first major UK radio station to develop exclusive podcast content featuring full tracks from established artists. So far we've presented exclusive shows featuring Paul Weller, Elbow, The Rakes, Stereophonics, Nada Surf, Skin, The Mystery Jets and Hundred Reasons.

And they're not just a load of chat either. The Xfm Podcasts include exclusive interviews and exclusive tracks recorded in the Xfm Studios.

Coinciding with the release of their new single ‘Animals’ and their debut album ‘The Bright Lights And What I Should Have Learned', we caught up with Duels singer Jon Foulger and guitarist Jim Foulger to talk about their music, the much touted ‘Leeds-scene’ and the art of being miserable through the medium of pop music.

All this plus live exclusive session tracks recorded in the Xfm Studio including excellent versions of 'Animals', ‘Potential Futures’ and ‘Pressure On You’.
