X-clusive: Embrace Play Biggest Ever UK Date
Following their pair of huge Leeds gigs this weekend, Embrace have confirmed their biggest ever UK date for later this year and Xfm has all the details.
Embrace have confirmed they will be crowning an incredible come-back year with their biggest ever London headline show to date. The band will play a headline show at Alexandra Palace on Thursday December 15 2005.
Tickets go on sale this Saturday June 4 at 9am from the XFM Xchange on 0871 222 1049 or online by clicking here.
Posting on their website, a message from reads,
"Never mind two or three years - even just nine months ago no one would have believed it possible. People would have laughed in your face. In fact, people probably did.
"So it's understandable that, come the end of Sunday's set [in Leeds], Embrace are five men grinning from ear-to-ear like all their dreams have come true at once, and that those grins are reflected back at them by the six thousand-plus people crammed into Leeds Millennium Square. Because it would be unbelievable, if it wasn't true."
Also lined up to play the Eden Sessions 2005, Embrace (August 19) will play alongside Basement Jaxx (26) and Ian Brown (27) while a full set of support acts is still to be announced.
Tickets for each show will be priced at £25, which also includes free entry to the Eden Project on the day or day after the event. There will also be one more headline announced in coming weeks.
