Outl4w gathered a certain amount of acclaim and respect for Rock School entry, very nearly winning the contest in fact. Once again they have done us proud with their in-your-face composition 'Rock & Roll Summer'.

Oscar, the mental swearing 13 year-old from last year's Rock School competition, is back. This time he's lending his disturbingly gravelly vocal stylings to some happy handclapping, perky back beats and jolly choruses, muttering over the top like a drunken Steptoe Senior.
