Green Day Add Another UK Live Date

Following the critical and commercial success of their recent punk-concept album 'American Idiot' and in the middle of their first UK tour for two years, Xfm Online can reveal that Green Day have added a second massive open air concert to their UK tour in June.
As previously reported, Green Day are currently playing a (completely sold out) UK and Ireland tour that has included a collection of
intimate clubs, medium-sized venues and arenas
including London's Hammersmith Apollo and the Carling Brixton Academy.
Now Billie Joe Armstrong, Mike Dirnt and Tre Cool have announced a further UK date. The band will now play another show at the 60,000 capacity Milton Keynes Bowl on June 19.

The album ‘American Idiot’ is out now, and Xfm can also reveal that the next Green Day single will be 'Holiday' which will be released on March 14.
