Courtney Love In Drugs Test Shocker!

Just to remind us that Pete Doherty doesn’t have the monopoly on being mad as a marzipan doorknob, Courtney Love has stormed back into the news with the starling revelations that she’s failed a drug test thus violated her probation.
Back in February, the former Hole singer was sentenced to three years' probation, anger management counselling and a court imposed drug rehabilitation programme after pleading
‘no contest’ to charges misdemeanour assault on a woman at the home of her former manager and boyfriend.
However, Los Angeles authorities have now revealed she failed a drug test and thus violated her probation. Deputy district attorney Gina Satriano says the 41-year-old singer failed the test when she was hospitalised back in July after fainting during a party at Hollywood's Roosevelt Hotel.
Bear in mind, this is just days after she told reporters she has been "clean and sober for over a year" and her attorney, Michael Rosenstein, had recently announced that Love was "living a drug-free life".
Or not.
As a result yesterday (August 10) Los Angeles Superior Court judge Rand Rubin has issued a bench warrant for the former Mrs Kurt Cobain ordering her to return to court on August 19 for a review of her rehab reports.
Speaking at a hearing, which Love was not required to attend – a clearly unhappy Rubin said, ''I'm certainly not happy with what's going on," before telling her attorney, "[Do] something to solve Love's problem, or we're going to give her a year [in prison]."
This could mean that Love could also potentially once more lose custody of Frances Bean Cobain, her 12-year-old daughter with Cobain.
