Travis Confirm Greatest Hits

Travis have confirmed they will be releasing a greatest hits CD and DVD collection prior to Christmas containing all of the band’s 16 UK singles plus the customary bonus track. The track will also be released as a single in the run-up to the album’s release and promises a return to form for the Scots foursome.
Travis will release the greatest hits collection ‘Singles’ on November 1 with the banjo-tastic single ‘Walking In The Sun’ preceding it on October 18. Following a mixed critical response to the band’s last album ‘12 Memories’, the single represents a return to form for the band. Produced by Nigel Godrich and Mike Hedges the track is described as "a slice of breezy melodic pop" and has already been given the seal of approval by Xfm.
Keep checking Xfm Online over the coming weeks for news of the single’s first on-air play.
‘Singles’ will be accompanied by a DVD featuring all the videos for the singles plus previously unseen footage and an array of live performances including the recording of first album ‘Good Feeling’ and a behind the scenes tour of Abbey Road Studios from singer Fran Healy and bassist Dougie Payne.
The tracklisting for ‘Singles’ is as follows:
1. ‘Sing’
