Travis Come Through For Tour And Single

added 24 February 2004 at 09.49

Travis are set to release ‘Love Will Come Through’ as the third single from their latest album ‘12 Memories’ next month coinciding with a series of UK tour dates including two nights at the Hammersmith Apollo in London.

‘Love Will Come Through’ was available exclusively to fans as a download via www.travisonline.com back in November last year, with the band donating all proceeds to the Spinal Injuries Association (a charity chosen as a result of drummer Neil Primrose’s spinal injuries sustained during the band’s 2002 European Festival tour).

Now the song (originally written and recorded for the Dustin Hoffman film ‘Moonlight Mile’) gets a full release on Independiente on March 22.

Travis are currently on tour in the U.S and Canada but will returning to the UK for their tour in March. The seventeen date jaunt kicks off in Blackpool on March 6, includes homecoming gigs at Glasgow’s SECC and culminates in two shows at London’s Hammersmith Apollo on March 28 and 29.

Support on all dates comes from Keane

As previously reported, Travis have also confirmed a special show at Glasgow’s Barfly on March 10 as part of the charity project Passport: Back To The Bars. For more information, click here.
