Welsh metallers Lostprophets have confirmed two huge shows for November including the band’s first arena show and, with the promise of more dates to come, the band are predicting “It’s gonna be awesome.”

The band who’s next single ‘Last Summer’ is currently set for an August 23 release will play gigs at Glasgow Barrowland (November 13) and their biggest ever Welsh headline date at the Cardiff CIA Arena later that month (21) as a statement from the band explains.

“Ok people, listen up…” a note on the band’s website reads. “Here's the deal, after travelling the world fighting the forces of evil like the ninjas we are, we're coming back to good old blighty to save your souls... We're starting our campaign at the Glasgow Barrowlands on 13th November with the grand finale at the Cardiff Arena on 21st November - our first ever arena show!!

“You know it’s gonna be awesome and you know we're gonna have the best bands with us. More dates will be announced, and when our MI5 Attaché allows us to divulge that information, you will all be informed via the wonder that is the World Wide Web.”

Keep checking Xfm Online for news of more UK dates in the very near future. The band will also be appearing at the Carling Weekend on the Friday at Leeds and the Sunday at Reading. For the latest news on tickets for the festival click right about here.
