Kings of Leon Unveil New Album

Kings Of Leon have revealed details of their upcoming new album ‘A-Ha Shake Heartbreak’ and their new single, the charmingly titled ‘The Bucket’ and Xfm has all the release info right here.
The follow up to the band’s critically acclaimed debut ‘Youth And Young Manhood’, ‘A-Ha Shake Heartbreak’ will be released on November 1. The first single to be taken from it will be ‘The Bucket’ which hits shops on October 25.
Xfm will also be getting the world exclusive first playback of the single next Tuesday (August 31) at 4.15pm on Lauren Lavern’s Drivetime Show.
The band recorded the album with Ryan Adams, Counting Crows producer Ethan Johns over five weeks in Studio City, California.
"We played so many shows and saw so much stuff, that when we got time off, it was just pouring out," drummer Nathan Followill explained to Rolling Stone, "On the last record there were no expectations, because we had no fans and we had never made music before. On this one we knew what we wanted, and we were very comfortable and confident."
"There are definitely songs on there that you hear and think, 'That's the Kings of Leon'" Nathan continued, "And then there are songs that take three or four listens to realize that it's us."
Kings of Leon are undertaking a US tour in October, with UK dates expected to follow sometime shortly afterwards.
