Doves Announce Christmas Dates
With Manchester's Doves primed to follow-up the 'The Last Broadcast', the band have announced a series of warm-up Christmas dates. The first dates since since their Glastonbury headline set in 2003, the three gigs will be the first chance for fans to sample the long-awaited new album.
Doves will return to the live stage in December with three special pre-Christmas gigs. This is the first time fans will have had chance to hear material set for inclusion on the band's currently-
untitled new studio album, the follow-up to 2002’s 'The Last Broadcast'.
The band's new album and single are rumoured to be pencilled in for an early 2005 release. Tickets for the band's December dates go on sale tomorrow (October 15) and are available from the Xfm Xchange on 0871 222 1049 or online at Xfm Live Gig Guide by clicking here.
