Dashboard Confessional - a.k.a. Chris Carraba - came by the Xfm studios to deliver a rare acoustic rendition of some of the finest moments from recently released third album 'A Mark, A Mission, A Brand, A Scar'. Carraba's heartbroken torchsongs, usually delivered over squalling guitars, have made his name in the States but the breathless, frantic likes of 'Hands Down' [Dial-Up] [Broadband] and the beautiful 'As Lovers Go' [Dial-Up] [Broadband] have only just started to turn heads over here. It won't last; with songs as strong as today's set closer 'The Ghost of A Good Thing' [Dial-Up] [Broadband] Dashboard Confessional will soon be soundtracking every English heartbreak.
