New Travis Single On 104.9 Xfm

Travis have revealed the release and B-side details of the first single to be taken off their new album '12 Memories'. It's called 'Re-Offender', and you can hear it today on 104.9 Xfm. And there's a chance you could appear in the new video too...
'12 Memories', will be released on September 29 on two CDs and 7" vinyl. CD1 will feature 'Re-Offender' and two new songs as B-Sides 'Enemy' and 'Definition Of Wrong' (which also appears on the 7"). The second CD will feature the tracks 'The Sea' and a cover of the Cat Stevens tune 'Don't Be Shy'.
But if you can't wait that long, the band have also made the track available for a limited time on their official website. They have also posted the last piece of the band's four-part guide to the recording of '12 Memories' and two interviews with drummer Neil Primrose and guitarist Andy Dunlop.
Also, if you sign up to the Travis online newsletter, you could also get the chance to star in the video for the new single which the band are shooting in Glasgow tomorrow. The competition ends at 5.00pm today (August 19), so be quick - and it probably helps to be Scottish.

'12 Memories' will be released on September 29 and is expected to include the songs 'Beautiful Occupation', 'Re-Offender', 'How Many Hearts' and 'Peace The Fuck Out' all of which the band played live recently at the Benicassim Festival (August 9).
Also, frontman Fran Healy recently appeared at Loftus Road football stadium, where he got fans of his beloved Celtic FC to sing the chorus of 'Peace The Fuck Out' before Celtic played a pre-season friendly against Fulham FC.
Full details of the album's tracklisting and upcoming live dates are expected to be announced shortly.
