Duran Duran Announce UK Tour
After their special anniversary gig at the Forum in north London in October, fat Brummie new romantic legends Duran Duran have unveiled details of a full headlining UK tour.
The original line up of Andy Taylor, Simon LeBon, Nick Rhodes, John Taylor and Roger Taylor have recently played a handful of intimate dates in the US as well as the acclaimed Forum show (which sold out all 2,000 tickets within four minutes).
But now the band have revealed they will be undertaking a four date UK jaunt next year, taking in Wembley Arena plus dates in Glasgow, Manchester and their hometown of Birmingham.
This will be the group’s first UK tour for eighteen years with the original line up.
The dates will reportedly coincide with of the release of a new, as yet untitled, Duran Duran album, the group’s tenth since their formation in 1978.
Tickets for the UK shows go on sale at 9.00am on Friday, December 12.
