Jack White Denies He Has Plans To Replace Led Zep's Plant

White Stripes man Jack White has denied he's up for replacing Robert Plant in Led Zeppelin, following tabloid reports of a reunion tour.
Rumours of a full reunion tour have been ongoing since the rock legends reunited for one show at the O2 Arena in London last December. However, tabloid reports yesterday (October 13) suggested the band could head out on the road without singer Robert Plant.
Following Plant's stubborness over rejoining the rest of Led Zeppelin for a full tour, further reports said White Stripes and The Raconteurs front man Jack White was being lined up as a replacement.
However, a source close to White let The Daily Star know: “I do not believe you can have a band called Led Zeppelin, singing Zeppelin songs, without Plant.”
What do you think? Should Led Zep persuade Jack White to get on the road with em? Should they attempt to re-persuade a stubborn Robert Plant? Or should they just pack up and leave us all alone with nothing but their total credibility intact?

If Robert Plant does not want to tour, let Jack do it!!!! Jack has a tremendous gift with the talents of the 1960's and 1970's. I was there, and I think Jack White fits completely. I am 57 years young and love Jack White.

You definitely can't have Led Zeppelin going on tour without Plant, so persuading Jack White to get involved would be a mistake, but I definitely think they should try and persuade Plant to get on board - a re-union tour would be amazing, especially for people like myself who are massive fans, but are too young to have ever had the opportunity to see them live before. Come on Rob, you know you want to!!
