Dan Le Sac Vs Scroobius Pip Live From Leicester Square

14 April 2008

The kings of turntabalist-street-poetry-indie-hip-hop visited Xfm for an immense Live From Leicester Square session. Listen here!

Armed with nothing but a laptop, a mic and a single prop (a letter from God no less), Dan Le Sac and Scroobius Pip came into Xfm to entertain the crowd whilst taking a break from their pretty immense UK tour.

Ever since they captured the ears of cheeky-lyric lovers with 'Thou Shalt Always Kill' last year, Dan and Pip have been winning over fans from a variety of musical backgrounds, appealing to both indie kids and hip-hop steppaz alike.

Similar single success followed with 'Letter From God To Man' and 'Look For The Woman' being played up and down the land. As the lads prepare to release their debut album 'Angles' in May, 2008 looks set to be theirs for the taking.

The pair came in to play some familiar tracks, including a special version of 'Letter...' and an awesome little Prince cover. Oh yes.
