Coldplay, Radiohead And Led Zep For Glasto?

Time to kick off the Glasto headliner rumours! Organiser Emily Eavis has let slip her wishlist for next year’s festival.

Coldplay, Radiohead and Led Zeppelin all feature on Glastonbury organiser Emily Eavis’ wishlist to headline next summer’s festival.

As previously reported, all 135,000 tickets are going on sale next month rather than in April following surprisingly slow sales for this year’s festival.

Eavis, daughter of Glastonbury founder and fellow organiser Michael, has told The Mirror who’s in the running to headline.

“Coldplay are a great Glastonbury band, as are Radiohead, but it’s really hard to say at the moment for definite who’s going to play next year.

"It would be really good to have an appearance by Led Zeppelin too, that’s one band who haven’t played here… We’re weighing up all the options at the moment and we should have more of an idea by Christmas.”

Speculation also suggests R&B legend Stevie Wonder is being lined up to play the ‘Sunday afternoon legend’ spot.

Glastonbury 2009 will take place between June 24 – 29, with a limit of 6 tickets per person each priced at £175.
