The former New Order man reveals the reason behind his choice. There’s money involved…
Bernard Sumner has joined in with Xfm’s drive to find the best song of the decade. The former New Order/Joy Division/Electronic man, and current member of Bad Lieutenant, revealed there was cold hard cash behind his choice.
“It’s 'Mr Brightside' by The Killers”, said Sumner. “I’ve got a bit of a vested interest because they got their name from a New Order video… guys you owe me a few royalties!”.
