Xfm Meets Madness
Just before taking the stage for the first of this year's Teenage Cancer Trust gigs, Suggs and guitarist Chris Foreman told Xfm why taking part in the concerts mean so much to them plus news of a concept album?
Having been playing together for almost 30 years they told us how they don't descend into madness (see what we did there!) at the sight of each other, their summer festival plans and dished the juicy details of their forthcoming album.
What do the Teenage Cancer Trust gigs mean to you?

Do you approach these sort of gigs differently to your own?

How do you keep grounded and sane after playing together for so long?

Rumour has it the new album is a concept album. Is that the case?
"It will be an act of two halves with the good concept songs towards the end. Suggs is very prolific lately..." [Listen To Full Answer]
Any summer festival plans?
"We didn't do Glastonbury so...they'll be on the phone! We've got a lot of other stuff..." [Listen To Full Answer]
