The Electric Soft Parade Live In Session

added 24 July 2007 at 12.39

The hugely talented White brothers return with a session of tracks drawn from their excellent new album 'No Need To Be Downhearted'.

Brothers Alex and Tom White aka The Electric Soft Parade first grabbed peoples attention with their stunning debut album 'Holes In The Wall' released back in 2002.

A Mercury Music Prize nomination and mass critical praise pushed them to the front of an emerging Brighton music scene which also saw them forming another band the Brakes and assisiting the likes of The Pipettes and Actress Hands.

After a year long hiatus whilst trying to break free from a major record deal that followed the release of their second album 'The American Adventure' they finally returned with 'The Human Body EP' which displayed tracks and ideas that would make up their long awaited new album 'No Need To Be Downhearted', released this year on Truck Records. Get a taster of that record's finest with this exclusive live session.
