What Is The London Assembly
The London Assembly is an independent body that monitors the Mayor’s performance. The 25 members are elected for a fixed four year term.

Why Is The Assembly Important?
The Assembly are our eyes and ears on the Mayor, they’re supposed to make sure that the Mayor is always doing the best for London.

Did You Know?
Of the 25 people elected to the London Assembly, fourteen of them represent individual constituencies and 11 represent the whole of London.

On Voting Day…

You will have TWO votes for The London Assembly
One vote for a Constituency Member of the London Assembly
One vote for a London-wide Member of the London Assembly
