Thom Yorke Live In Session

The Radiohead frontman gave an exclusive interview with John Kennedy and session of tracks from his debut solo album 'The Eraser'. Listen to it all right here.
Having gathered a well deserved Mercury Prize nomination for his first solo outing 'The Eraser' and the completion of a highly successful tour with Radiohead, 2006 is proving to be a very busy year for Thom Yorke.
'The Eraser' has been a pet project of Thom's for the past few years having collected and worked on ideas using his computer and then enlisted long term Radiohead collaborator Nigel Godrich to help shape the album, the content of which has been largely inspired by the political events of the past couple of years.
Interviews with Mr Yorke are often few and far between, but he joined John Kennedy for an exclusive edition of X-Posure where he spoke at length about his solo album, the current state of Radiohead and world politics.

Stripped back to the bare basics this very special session is started with the haunting 'Analyse' [Dial-Up] [Broadband] that features just Thom's fantastic voice underscored by his sublime Fender Rhodes work and on 'Skip Divided' [Dial-Up] [Broadband] looped hand claps and brooding synths bring this dark symphony to life with real style.
Produced, engineered and recorded straight to two track by Chris Denman (21/08/06) for Xfm.
