The Xfm News Review Of 2005

It’s been a busy old year at Xfm Towers with music in the best shape it’s been in for years, masses of top albums flying off the shelves and a host of spangly new presenters. Here’s our pick of the biggest stories from the last twelve months.
From Monkeys (both Arctic and Flaming) to Shambles (of both the Baby and general drunken varieties), 2005 has been something of a vintage year. Below is Xfm's take on twelve months of ups, downs, to-ing, fro-ing, smoking (easy now Pete), gig-going and a whole s**tload of damn fine music. Enjoy.
