Nirvana Exhibition To Hit London
A new exhibition of Nirvana snaps is set to come to one of London’s most well respected galleries in October documenting the band’s career through more than 60 shots.
The Nirvana show entitled ‘Nirvana – With The Lights Out’, is set to open at the capital’s Sony Ericsson Proud Central Gallery on October 27 and will showcase over 60 photographs spanning the band’s frenzied career.
The show runs until November 20 and features both close-ups and backstage shots from photographers Charles Peterson and Ian Tilton.

In other news, the star of the new film 'Last Days', inspired by the final days of Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain, Michael Pitt will be speaking to Xfm's Film Guy Paul Anderson on the Xfm Film Show from 5pm this Sunday (September 4) before opening around the UK from Monday.
The film, written and directed by Gus Van Sant, details the final hours in the life of a Kurt-a-like grunge star named Blake, played by Pitt. Set in the 1990s, the film is not specifically about Cobain but is rather a view of what someone in the same situation might have gone through leading up to his death.
